Option C: Nutritional Evaluation and Counseling
This is great for people seeking nutrition education. Nutrition is the key element in achieving your fitness and health goals. This includes, but is not limited to, grocery lists, recipes, meal plans, and education. Those requesting nutritional counseling and meal plans but do not need personal training will receive 5 one on one sessions.

Option D: Fitness evaluation
This is a basic baseline assessment which includes the following: body fat, weight, body measurements, blood pressure, heart rate, cardio respiratory assessment (fitness step test), and flexibility assessment. An evaluation and follow up evaluations are excellent for tracking your progress. Digital pictures are also offered as a part of the assessment for those who request them.
